- The original fermentaion process we used at 2die4 Live Foods was "Lacto-Fermentation", which uses small amounts of fresh whey in the soak water.

This adds an extra level of enzyme activity, and alters the flavour profile of the resulting nut, making them slightly sweeter and therefore less bitter.

- No, whey is not used in all of our products - these days we only "Lacto-Ferment" Walnuts and Pecans, which are used in our regular Mixed Nuts.

- Yes, we offer whey free versions of all of our products. We market the whey free walnuts, pecans and mixed nuts as "Vegan". Everything else we do is whey free.

 

HOW DO I SIGN IN AND PLACE AN ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Existing 2die4 Live Foods Online Customers have 2 options:

Option 1) Head to the "Account" page and sign in. If you cannot remember your password, simply use the "Forgot Your Password?" function to reset it.

Once logged in, go to the "Shop" page and add the items you'd like to the cart. Next, click on the "Cart" icon. Here you can make changes or add a coupon code.

Click "Proceed To Check Out". Here you can select your delivery address or enter a new one and add special instructions if required.

Next, click "Submit Order". You will be taken to a secure payment page, where you can pay by Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard) or PayPal.

 

Option 2) Go to the "Shop" page and add the items you'd like to the cart. Next, click on the "Cart" icon. Here you can make changes or add a coupon code.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to anywhere in Australia. Sorry, we don't currently ship overseas.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Yes wed do. If possible, please use a street address. If this is not possible, please be aware that Australia Post is the only option for delivery to PO Boxes.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We usually dispatch orders on the same day we receive them. Please refer to the table below for estimated delivery times.

Orders received after 3pm on a Friday afternoon or on weekends, will be processed the following Monday.

 

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

If you know you won't be home to meet the delivery person and you would like your order left in a safe place, please use our "Instructions" field during checkout to inform the driver.

Please Note: We cannot guarantee the safety or security of a parcel if you opt to have it left under such circumstances. We highly recommend you arrange delivery to an attended address.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T GET MY PAYMENT TO GO THROUGH OR SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE ORDERING PROCESS?

If you're experiencing difficulties placing your order on our website we recommend you try clearing your browser's cache.

Sometimes a browser stores out-dated links or information in it's memory which can create problems. This out-dated information needs to be cleared in order for any website to work properly.

There are so many browsers out there, and they change so frequently, that we can't keep up with them all...
